Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant(notes) suffered an ankle injury in his team's 96-91 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Bryant called the injury to his left ankle the "scariest" of his career, and it isn't clear if he'll be in the lineup for Monday night's game against the Orlando Magic.
He didn't practice Sunday, and he didn't talk to reporters. Coach Phil Jackson said that Bryant is a game-time decision. "We hope he'll be able to play," Jackson said, according to the paper.
Bryant is averaging 25 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game this season.
